Our STANDARD CLEANING consists of the following:

• Checking all rooms for forgotten items left by guests

• Checking for any out of ordinary messes or problems and notifying owner immediately

• Gathering and taking out trash

• Bathroom - Thorough top to bottom cleaning of each bathroom

• Kitchen – Check and clean appliances – Refrigerator, microwave, stove top, coffee maker – Clean any dirty dishes left and/or empty dishwasher, mop floor, clean sink & counters

• Bedrooms – strip beds and remake to your specifications, dust furniture, sweep, mop or vacuum floors/carpets

• Other rooms – surface wipe down of all furniture as needed, vacuum furniture & carpets, sweep or mop floors, smudges on entryway windows and patio doors.

• Normal amenity setup

• A final walk-through to make sure the property is guest-ready and notify the owner the job is complete. If requested, pictures can be sent.

We will bring all the tools and cleaning supplies necessary to make your place sparkle.

We believe in helping hosts find the balance between cost and guest satisfaction. Our Standard Cleaning will leave your place sparkling clean and guest ready. However, there are other time-consuming tasks beyond the standard clean. We let you choose if/when you would like these done, thereby helping you to determine the cost. These may not be necessary for every turnover, or for your property giving you the opportunity to tailor our services to your needs. This way you control your costs.

LAUNDRY

Laundry is not included in our standard cleaning however, it can be discussed as an additional service.
